How do I place an order?
You can place an order and shop online 24/7 .
Please note, credit card orders can only be placed online.In creating an order you must provide all the required information for the order to be valid and processed.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We hand create every product from scratch, so we require up to 1-2 weeks of production time on single item orders and 3-4 weeks on custom bridesmaid larger or wholesale order sets and then we ship the item out. We do not offer rush orders at this time. All orders are packaged in boxes where noted and displayed included.

Jewelry orders are usually sent in a week. Candles and textiles products take 1 1/2-2 weeks to ship. Custom cake ornaments are usually at a wait list per month and take up to 4-6 weeks to custom create depending on how many tiers and detail are on the cake.

 

How do I use the Coupons/Discounts Code? 
Type the discount coupon code in notes at checkout and we will send you a refund to your paypal account pretax discount.
 
What kinds of materials do you use?
We use only the highest quality luxury fabrics and supplies!

Do you offer a return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products being handmade , we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless damaged in shipping.Email us within 48 hours of getting package damaged for process.

What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are a RANGE of usps rates depending on total cost of your order.Items are shipped regular mail.

What is the sales tax charged?
Georgia sales tax is 6%.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We usually use regular usps mail or due to weight priority mail.After your order is sent, we will email you to advise you your order has been mailed as a courtesy to our customers..We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards on PAYPAL. We do not start any orders until payment has cleared.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we only have our products featured on our online boutiques at this time and in some local boutiques.
